TIM ZIMMERMAN has been a Professional Personal Growth and Personal Development Trainer in Sales, Marketing, Management and Mind Development along with being Mortgage Banker, Mentor and Coach for over 30 yrs.Over the last year, Tim has developed the understanding of the truth professed by psychologist worldwide that our individual belief systems are programmed by age six and, based on these beliefs, we develop negative self-judgments and judgments about the world. The feeling of “not being good enough”. “not being smart enough”, “not being good looking enough”, “not being lovable”, and/or having abandonment issues encompass common negative self-judgments.
Additional feelings of constant or intermittent anger, fear, worry, anxiety, helplessness, hopelessness, hate, jealousy, blaming others, constant criticisms, drinking and drugging, drama and traumas, addictions, even PTSD and chronic physical pain (and others) round out surprisingly common feeling that most all of us deal with, in one way or another, on a continual basis.
The amazing break through of the SM3 Success Proprietary TaPP TechniquesTraining allows each of us to go into our own subconscious unconscious to eliminate and neutralize any and all negative beliefs and negative self-judgment at its source in the unconscious subconscious. We can then change these beliefs and judgments to what we individually want them to be from our current adult perspective.
Once the negative beliefs and negative self-judgments are eliminated and replaced with the positive, the unconscious subconscious starts to produce thoughts and feelings based on the positive naturally and, thus, positively affects every aspect of one’s life.
In eliminating the old and bring in the new beliefs, we can then add the other techniques to increase our effectiveness exponentially in communications, selling yourself and your ideas, executive abilities, marketing, management, mind development, creative visualization, alpha/theta thinking, meditation and more.

This experience allows Tim to work with the participants in a hands-on way where the training material is transferable to Real World applications and participants come away with being more self-confident and ready to use the techniques immediately after the training sessions.
